To provide assurance on the status of risk controls and minimise #legal risks relating to Collections and Recoveries through: Assuming responsibility and full ownership for the planning and day-to-day #management of the Operational #Risk Support function. __ Implementing and executing on a risk control plan that ensures RCSAs are conducted and follow-through on actions taken, internal #audit and compliance actions are tracked and assurance provided on adherence to commitments __ Supporting the wider Collections and Recoveries Department with complex escalations. __ Managing and guiding the ARL (Allegations of Reckless Lending) as well as Managing the #court order portfolio.
