Main responsibilities: Provide legal support in matters of civil, commercial, labor, tax and contractual law, with a focus on the banking sector; Prepare and review contracts, terms, agreements and other legal instruments; Issue legal opinions in various areas of Law according to business demand; Carry out critical analysis of procedural documents, in matters of labor, civil and criminal litigation; Represent the organization in meetings, committees or legal negotiations, when necessary. Instruct disciplinary proceedings.
