Lead & Develop: Manage and coach a high-performing team of ITGC testers, fostering excellence and growth. __ Quality Assurance: Oversee ITGC testing and perform QA reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with #assurance standards. __ Resource & Deliverable #Management: Coordinate resources, including EY accounts, and align SOX testing deliverables with Shell Line 1 and EY teams. __ Reporting & Communication: Provide timely progress updates and maintain integrity of reports for stakeholders and senior management. __ Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to streamline ITGC testing and related assurance activities. __ Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and external #auditors to ensure seamless communication and alignment on objectives. __ Risk #Advisory: Advise IT operations on risk management, support remediation plans, and contribute to ESSA initiatives.
