Roles & Responsibilities: "Project handling & team management capability. • Collaborating with managers to determine security needs. * Experience on project delivery and team management. • Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel. • Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance. • Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services. • Capable to produce technical design and effort estimation for RFP's & request proposal to match clients requirements/expectations."
