Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including overseeing test execution and defect resolution, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Core Banking, Java, Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking, Java, Selenium. - Strong understanding of various automated testing frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. - Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Gurugram client office, its mandate to work 3 days/week from office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
