By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a hybrid setup for our office in Bucharest / Brasov. #LI-EU How you’ll make an impact: Support employees, clients and external partners by responding to HR-related queries using clear procedures and guidelines; Ensure documents and data are processed accurately and in line with internal standards; Keep HR processes and documentation up to date with any changes; Build strong relationships with clients and flag any risks or issues that may affect satisfaction; Work under regular guidance and coaching to track your progress and performance; Perform basic quality checks and help improve processes when needed. You’ll interact or provide support in key HR areas such as: Compensation & Payroll; Time & Attendance tracking; Benefits and Health & Pension Provider Management; Workforce & Employee Data Administration; Onboarding, Exit Management, and Job Data Changes; Contact Center Support, HR Portal, and Case Management; Reporting, Document Handling, and Internal Communications.
