What You’ll Do: ● Design for Social – Create engaging visuals across formats like static posts, carousels, reels covers, GIFs, and stories. ● Support Campaign Execution – Bring concepts to life alongside copywriters and senior creatives. ● Translate Trends into Content – Spot visual styles on TikTok/Instagram/X and adapt them into brand-worthy executions. ● Assist in Content Creation – Help with light motion design, simple edits, and real-time reactive content. ● Design with Accuracy – Ensure logos, fonts, spelling and brand elements are consistent and correctly applied. ● Brainstorm & Contribute Ideas – Be part of creative sessions and pitch visual routes with confidence. ● Stay Curious About Culture – Keep tabs on meme formats, TikTok aesthetics, and emerging platform behaviour. ● Get creative behind the camera – We’ve got the equipment, you’ve got the ideas. Let’s make it happen. ● Support with Admin & Delivery – Help organise working files, prep exports, and ensure artwork is correctly sized and delivered for publishing. What You Bring: ● 0–2 years of experience in art direction / graphic design / digital content creation (freelance or internship experience counts!). ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma (as long as you’re willing to learn quickly). ● A love for social media design and content creation — you’re constantly analysing why certain posts go viral. ● Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling. ● Eagerness to grow your motion and editing skills (bonus if you already dabble in After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere). ● Ability to take feedback well and use it to level up your work. ● A proactive, “let me try!” mindset — you don’t wait to be spoon-fed ideas. ● Bonus: Ability to incorporate local culture, kasi aesthetics, or South African humour into your work.
