Manage multiple program development project simultaneously by prioritizing deadlines and track program cycle consist of Training Needs analysis, Module design, and development Create and provide Training evaluation level 1 (participant’s feedback), L2 (Learning progress) and L3 for selected training program This individual will be expected to deliver accurate, high-quality documentation within a specified deadline and timeline.
