Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, information technology or related fields. • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably within operations or process improvement environments in insurance or financial industry • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business need.
