Establish and complete the corresponding annual target plan of Human Resources Department according to the hotel’s annual strategic goals. Participate in the review of outsourcing and temporary labor needs, the qualification assessment of outsourcing companies, and the supervision department's daily management and training of outsourced personnel, as well as the payment of fees. · Develop a salary and benefits system for hotel employees to ensure that their salaries and benefits are competitive in the local market. __ · Guide the Learning and Development Manager to establish a comprehensive training system for the hotel, cultivate qualified department trainers and department managers' training skills. Regularly review and follow up the hotel's talent reserve and talent ladder development plan and assist in its implementation. · Guide department managers in team personnel and performance management to build a cohesive and efficient team. Based on Hilton's vision, mission, and values, actively build corporate culture, unify employee behavioral norms and management systems, lead the team to have positive energy, and guide all employees to promote and practice Hilton culture . __ · Be familiar with and strictly abide by the rules and regulations in the employee handbook, as well as the hotel's fire, #sanitation, #health and #safety policies. · Ensure all employee facilities meet Hilton Group operating standards.
