The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, strong hands-on experience with HR systems (including GreytHR), an openness to exploring new tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, admin, and external partners.\nRoles and ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, attendance management, etc.) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personal filesCoordinate payroll, attendance, leave management statutory compliance in collaboration with finance teams and external vendorsHandle vendor management related to payroll, benefits, background verification, and other HR services Evaluate existing and potential HR tools to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support organizational needsSupport process improvements and actively take ownership in transitioning from existing HR tools (e.g., GreytHR) to new HR systemsAct as a key point of contact for employee queries, ensuring clear and timely communication on HR policies, processes, and benefitsSupport HR team members and admin teams in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal eventsSupport employee engagement initiatives, including partnering with HR and admin teams to plan and execute engagement programs, internal events, and cultural-building activitiesAssist with performance management processes and HR communicationsPrepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for the management reviewEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, particularly within a regulated Forex/financial services environmentConduct employee surveys and analyze the data to provide actionable insights for HR initiatives, engagement strategies, and process improvementsRequirementsA minimum of bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
