We are currently looking for a Design Lead in South Africa.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for a seasoned design professional ready to shape and scale a growing design function. You will bring structure, clarity, and operational excellence to the team while continuing to deliver high-quality creative work across product, brand, and web experiences. Working in a remote-first, globally distributed environment, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to align design with business priorities. The role requires balancing team coordination and process optimization with direct creative execution.
