Résumé du poste Surveiller les différentes sections de la ligne de production depuis la Salle de Contrôle Centrale (CCR) afin de garantir la précision et le respect des normes dans le processus de production du ciment. Fournir des informations pertinentes et des orientations aux Patrouilleurs et Opérateurs de la ligne de production, sur la base des opérations surveillées, en collaboration avec l’Ingénieur de quart. Principales missions et responsabilités Participer à la mise en œuvre du plan de production approuvé par DCP. Surveiller et contrôler toutes les sections des lignes de procédé de l’usine afin d’assurer un fonctionnement stable des équipements, la sécurité des employés et le respect des normes prescrites ainsi que des réglementations environnementales. Enregistrer les données de processus à des intervalles spécifiés ; documenter et rendre compte des activités opérationnelles en conséquence. Assurer le bon fonctionnement des broyeurs à cru, des fours et des broyeurs à ciment en fournissant un retour d’information constant et des orientations pertinentes aux Coordinateurs de quart, Ingénieurs, Patrouilleurs et Opérateurs dans l’exécution des travaux sur le terrain. Informer les Patrouilleurs, Agents et Opérateurs des pannes, des défaillances potentielles ou des points critiques et donner des directives pour la résolution des problèmes. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes potentiels d’exploitation, soit en concertation avec les Coordinateurs de quart, les Ingénieurs et le Chef de section, soit de manière autonome lorsque des mesures immédiates sont nécessaires pour assurer la reprise de la production. Examiner en continu le système d’automatisation de l’usine et formuler des recommandations d’amélioration fondées sur les meilleures pratiques. Exécuter toute autre tâche confiée par l’Ingénieur de quart. Formation et expérience professionnelle Bac+2 ou équivalent dans une discipline scientifique ou d’ingénierie. Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente. Compétences et comportements Connaissance pratique du processus de production du ciment. Bonne maîtrise des paramètres et des normes applicables à la fabrication du ciment. Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Bonnes compétences en communication. Sens du détail. Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et de gestion des relations interpersonnelles. Job Summary Monitor various sections of the production line from the Central Control Room (CCR) to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards in the cement production process. Provide relevant information and guidance to Patrollers and Operators on the production line based on monitored operations, in collaboration with the Shift Engineer. Key Duties and Responsibilities Participate in the implementation of DCP’s approved production plan. Monitor and control all sections of the plant process lines to ensure stable equipment operation, employee safety, and compliance with prescribed standards and environmental regulations. Record process data at specified intervals; document and report operational activities accordingly. Ensure the smooth operation of raw mills, kilns, and cement mills by providing continuous feedback and relevant guidance to Shift Coordinators, Engineers, Patrollers, and Operators during field operations. Inform Patrollers, Attendants, and Operators of breakdowns, potential failures, or critical points, and provide direction for problem resolution. Diagnose and resolve potential operational issues, either in consultation with Shift Coordinators, Engineers, and the Section Head, or independently when immediate action is required to ensure production resumes. Continuously review the plant automation system and make improvement recommendations based on best practices. Perform any other duties assigned by the Shift Engineer. Education and Work Experience Higher National Diploma (HND) / Associate Degree (Bac+2) or equivalent in a science or engineering discipline. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience. Skills and Behaviours Practical knowledge of the cement production process. Good understanding of parameters and standards applicable to cement manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Attention to detail. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
