Marketing Officer / Chargé(e) Marketing Job Summary / Résumé du poste English In line with the reinforcement of the Sales & Marketing Department, we are recruiting a Senior Marketing Officer responsible for driving the marketing strategy, strengthening brand visibility, and actively supporting commercial performance. The role plays a key part in deploying integrated digital campaigns, managing brand image, optimizing marketing platforms, and ensuring measurable return on investment (ROI). Le poste joue un rôle clé dans le déploiement des campagnes digitales intégrées, la gestion de l’image de marque, l’optimisation des plateformes marketing et la mesure du retour sur investissement (ROI). Key Responsibilities / Principales Responsabilités English Strategy & Planning Deploy marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives. Develop annual marketing plans and manage budgets. Define and maintain brand positioning. Digital Marketing & Performance Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns. Manage SEO/SEM and digital performance initiatives. Optimize digital platforms and corporate website. Monitor marketing KPIs and analyze ROI. Brand Management & Commercial Support Ensure brand identity consistency across all channels. Supervise content creation and communication materials. Work closely with Sales teams to support lead generation and conversion. Français Stratégie & Planification Déployer la stratégie marketing alignée avec les objectifs commerciaux ; Élaborer les plans marketing annuels et gérer les budgets ; Définir et maintenir le positionnement de la marque. Marketing Digital & Performance Piloter les campagnes digitales intégrées; Gérer le SEO/SEM et les actions de marketing digital ; Optimiser les plateformes digitales et le site web ; Suivre les indicateurs de performance marketing et analyser le ROI. Brand Management & Support Commercial Garantir la cohérence de l’identité de marque sur l’ensemble des canaux ; Superviser la création de contenu et des supports de communication ; Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales pour soutenir la génération et la conversion des leads. Profile Required / Profil Recherché English Education Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/4) in Marketing or Communication. Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate marketing. Proven experience in digital marketing (mandatory). Brand management expertise. Integrated campaign management. Marketing ROI analysis. Strong digital marketing capabilities. Structured creativity. Data-driven mindset. Strong coordination with Sales teams. Français Formation Bac+3/4 en Marketing ou Communication ; Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en marketing d’entreprise ; Expérience avérée en marketing digital (obligatoire) ; Maîtrise du brand management ; Gestion de campagnes intégrées ; Analyse du ROI marketing ; Excellente maîtrise du marketing digital ; Créativité structure ; Orientation data ; Forte capacité de coordination avec les équipes commerciales.
