Who are we looking for? We are recruiting for one of two positions, depending on your experience: Project Manager : If you have at least 1-2 years of experience working with B2B clients (preferably in the HR, SaaS, or agency industry), you can independently manage projects and negotiate terms of cooperation. Junior Project Manager: If you have first experience in implementing projects (business, in student organizations or volunteering), and you are also eager to learn and develop in the CS area. You will work primarily with business clients (Polish and foreign companies), ensuring the success of sports challenges, customer satisfaction (CSAT), upsell (additional sales in subsequent months or expanding the audience) and renewal (extending cooperation for another year). ✅ Your main tasks as a Project Manager (we'll teach you everything!): Implementation of sports programs for business clients : ongoing contact with the company's coordinator (usually HR department staff), acting as a consultant during the preparation of sports programs by the company, support in promoting campaigns and building employee engagement, summarizing results and collecting opinions on satisfaction with the cooperation Formal and financial aspects of cooperation with the client : signing contracts, presenting offers for extension/continuation of cooperation (upsell) with an element of negotiation, financial settlement of the program Maintaining good relationships with clients : feedback conversations, conducting workshops with company coordinators, inviting clients to participate or co-host webinars, interacting on LinkedIn, conferences or stationary meetings that we organize as Activy Proactive participation in the development of the Customer Success team : participating in/conducting meetings and workshops, sharing experiences, implementing recommendations and new technologies in own activities, initiative in optimizing processes and testing new solutions that impact the satisfaction of customers, users and our team Independent management of tasks and projects : running Notion, prioritizing tasks, statusing project implementation, regular 1:1 meetings with the functional manager Full understanding and ongoing use of our product - a mobile app for sports challenges = you need to be at least a little active 🚴 Implementation of additional projects in areas such as marketing, sales, mobile application development, and process optimization – depending on your skills and development preferences. __ At Activy you will find: Hybrid work : You decide when you work from the office (on Marszałkowska Street in Warsaw). However, due to the on-site onboarding (the first 3 days) and the 3-month implementation period (at least 1 day per week in the office), we prefer candidates from Warsaw. Do you live further afield? If you're a strong candidate, we're open to 100% remote collaboration. Flexible working hours - you don't have to start your day at 7:00 a.m. (unless it's with a morning walk).
