At Capi Oslo, we are looking for a supervisor who leads with confidence, builds strong teams and ensures excellent results in a fast-paced airport environment. __ About the Role As supervisor, you work closely with the store manager and fellow supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent commercial performance. You are responsible for: • Leading the team during shifts and setting the standard on the shop floor; • Driving sales performance across turnover, key KPIs and customer satisfaction; • Coaching colleagues to improve confidence, product knowledge and sales technique; • Maintaining operational control in a high-traffic airport setting; • Ensuring service standards reflect the premium brands we represent. This is a visible leadership role.
