Your future work environment Within the PROTECT Device Value Center of the Cyber ​​Division, you will join a growing team of 28 employees. You will be responsible for BUILD activities, RUN MCO/MCS and expertise related to endpoint protection (workstations, servers and smartphones). Your role and responsibilities Because it's important that you can fully envision yourself in the role, here are the tasks you will be assigned: You participate in BUILD and RUN MCO / MCS activities for several major clients (several tens or even hundreds of thousands of endpoints) on various EPP, EDR and MTD technologies from market leaders (SaaS, On-Prem and/or sovereign solutions). You participate in technological monitoring on these topics. You conduct comparative studies (benchmarks, POV, POC, etc.) You will collaborate closely with other entities in the Sopra Steria Cyber ​​Division: SOC, CERT, Cyber ​​Threat Intelligence (CTI), Forensic, Pentest, etc. You carry out expert assessments at the request of clients, on the topic of Endpoint protection (EPP, EDR, MTD). __ What we offer you A teleworking agreement allowing you to telework up to 2 days per week depending on your duties. You also have relevant experience: dans la protection des Endpoints : Antivirus Next-Gen (AV-NG, EPP), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) in the administration of security solutions or successful experience within a team managing an IT infrastructure of several thousand endpoints (workstations, servers, smartphones) Experience working with a large client (over 20,000 employees) is a plus. Key technical and functional skills: Technical skills: Windows/Linux system administration: confirmed (able to troubleshoot independently) Network administration: confirmed (ability to perform basic troubleshooting) Technical management of security products (deployment, configuration, access management, incident management, etc.): confirmed Practical experience with ticketing tools: beginner accepted. An advanced level is a differentiating factor. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity (knowledge of standards and frameworks related to cyber risk is a plus) IT technical versatility Functional skills: Ability to work in a team, both on-site and remotely Good communication skills with external partners (clients, publishers) Rigour, autonomy and curiosity Understanding business issues Knowledge of ITIL would be appreciated. Your proficiency in English is essential (Level B2).
