Visit our careers website: https://www.juliusbaer.com/en/careers/graduates/ YOUR CHALLENGE Support in preparing analysis and meeting material for Board of Directors, Executive Committee and senior management Perform financial and business analysis to identify trends, assess risks and deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements, including improving reporting, creating dashboards, simplifying processes Contribute towards various ad hoc projects and analytical tasks Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders on business deliverables Help manage tasks of recurring/ compliance nature, e.g. coordinate budget forecast updates and update policies documentation Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, townhalls etc. YOUR PROFILE Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (graduation max. 12 months ago) Relevant previous experiences, ideally from finance, management consulting or strategy Strong analytical skills and capacity for conceptual thinking Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English, German and additional languages are a plus Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position We review applications on a rolling basis.
