Visit our careers website: https://www.juliusbaer.com/en/careers/graduates/ YOUR CHALLENGE During the programme, you will work together with your team colleagues in order to gradually take on the following tasks: Assist Relationship Managers (RM) and Relationship Manager Assistants (RMA) in their day-to-day work servicing clients: ensuring proactive and high-quality service and timely responsiveness to clients and prospects in all related tasks, participation in client meetings, calls and business trips Active involvement in prospecting activities (event participation, contact management etc.) Active participation in all graduate trainings and local “learning tour" of the various relevant departments in Luxembourg Learning of the Julius Baer offering and usage of the main Julius Baer research publications Proactive networking within the bank Ensure always adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations & policies etc. YOUR PROFILE Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, business administration (graduation max. 12 months ago) Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management is a plus Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth by becoming an Associate Relationship Manager after the Graduate Programme A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility German, fluent in English.
