We are looking to build our network of field professionals who specialize in Property Condition Assessments. This will be a subcontractor role, where you will work alongside our full-time staff to conduct various projects across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry. Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments. Experience using Quire. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Professional certifications, such as Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required. Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required. Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required. Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
