Αρμοδιότητες Καταχώρηση και υποβολή προσλήψεων, αποχωρήσεων και μεταβολών στο σύστημα  ΕΡΓΑΝΗ Διαχείριση ωραρίων εργασίας, προγραμμάτων απασχόλησης και υπερωριών Διαχείριση Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας Διαχείριση και συντονισμός Ιατρών Εργασίας και Τεχνικών Ασφαλείας για θέματα ασφάλειας και υγιεινής των εργαζομένων Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με την ισχύουσα εργατική νομοθεσία Συνεργασία με αρμόδιους για θέματα μισθοδοσίας και εργασιακών σχέσεων Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση 1 ή 2 χρόνια Άριστη γνώση συστήματος  ΕΡΓΑΝΗ Καλή γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας Καλή γνώση MS Office (ιδιαίτερα Excel) Οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια Υπευθυνότητα και τήρηση εμπιστευτικότητας Σπουδές σε τμήμα Διοίκησης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού Προϋπηρεσία σε εταιρεία με μεγάλο αριθμό προσωπικού
