Η εταιρεία Mellon Technologies επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για λογαριασμό μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού  Υπαλλήλους Γραφείου για την Τηλεφωνική Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών , στην περιοχή του Πειραιά. Job Description Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου, email ή/και διαδικτυακής συνομιλίας για Τραπεζικά προϊόντα. Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων πελατών. Διαχείριση παράπονων πελατών και επίλυση προβλημάτων. Ενημέρωση των υφιστάμενων και δυνητικών πελατών για τραπεζικά προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες. Συμβουλευτική προώθηση τραπεζικών και ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων με στόχο την κάλυψη των αναγκών του πελατών. Απολυτήριο Λυκείου. Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ. Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο επιθυμητή. Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και προσέγγιση. Άνεση στην επικοινωνία και άριστη χρήση του προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου. Σταθερή σύνδεση Internet / Γρήγορη ταχύτητα για τις ημέρες τηλεργασίας. Δυνατότητα 8ωρης απασχόλησης σε βάρδιες (24 Χ 7) .
