Our offering consists of specialized technology solutions, contact centre and business process outsourcing services, to serve the increasing needs of financial institutions and organizations with strong consumer transactions business, such as Retail Banks, Public Utilities, Telecommunications Providers and large Private Companies.   Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic driven Business Development Associate, South East Europe & Central Europe to drive business growth across Southeastern and Central Europe markets. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in B2B sales, capable of identifying and winning new clients in the areas of technology solutions, contact centre services, and business process outsourcing (BPO). Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across assigned territories. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote technology, contact centre, and BPO solutions. Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and digital lead generation. Conduct client meetings (virtual or onsite) to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums. 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology, outsourcing, or contact centre services. Strong understanding of the South East Europe & Central Europe Banking ecosystem Experience in selling Solutions and/or Services to Banks in South East Europe & Central Europe Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage sales cycles. Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with international teams Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).  Ability to travel abroad for client meetings and events.
