Mūsų elektronikos surinkimo gamyklos Vilniuje ir Molėtuose ne tik surenka „Teltonikos“ kuriamus prietaisus, bet ir teikia kitiems verslams produktų dizaino ir kontraktinės gamybos paslaugas – nuo prototipo kūrimo iki masinės gamybos. Pasitelkiame pažangų automatizavimą ir robotiką, kad bet kurią sudėtingą idėją paverstume išbaigtu gaminiu. Šioje pozicijoje tu: Analizuosi procesų OEE (bendrą įrangos efektyvumo koeficientą) ir užtikrinsi, kad jis atitiktų nustatytus tikslus. Atliksi naujų gaminių gamybos procesų įvedimą ir validavimą (IQ, OQ, PQ). Sieksi nuolat didinti procesų našumą, išlaikant jų pakartojamumą ir aukštus kokybės standartus. Rinksi ir analizuosi procesų duomenis, kad galėtum pasiūlyti pagrįstus sprendimus ir inicijuoti veiksmingus procesų tobulinimus. Vadovausi naujų technologijų diegimui ir nuolatinio tobulinimo iniciatyvoms: trumpinsi ciklo laikus ir optimizuosi gamybos procesus. Aktyviai bendradarbiausi su produktų inžinieriais, techninės priežiūros inžinieriais, kokybės užtikrinimo inžinieriais ir gamybos personalu siekdamas(-a) pagerinti veiklos efektyvumą. Teiksi techninį palaikymą gamyboje, padėsi užtikrinti sklandžią procesų eigą ir greitą problemų sprendimą. Kursi ir atnaujinsi darbo instrukcijas, dalinsiesi žiniomis su gamybos komanda bei skatinsi gerųjų praktikų taikymą kasdienėje veikloje. Ko iš tavęs tikimės: Turi patirties su SMT (paviršinio montavimo technologija), THT (per kiaurymes montuojamų komponentų technologija) ar kitais elektronikos gamybos bei mechaninio surinkimo procesais. Esi dirbęs (-usi) procesų inžinerijos srityje. Išmanai SPC įrankius, MSA bei mokėjimus skaičiuoti proceso pajėgumą. Gebi skaityti techninius brėžinius, schemas ir komponentų sąrašus (BOM). Turi žinių apie Lean gamybą ir Six Sigma metodikas. Turi stiprius analitinius ir problemų sprendimo įgūdžius – sugebi nustatyti problemų priežastis ir taikyti duomenimis grįstus sprendimus. Esi komunikabilus (-i) ir gebi sklandžiai bendradarbiauti tarpdisciplininėje komandoje (inžinerija, gamyba, kokybės skyrius). Esi lankstus (-i) ir gebi greitai prisitaikyti prie pokyčių dinamiškoje gamybinėje aplinkoje. Turi iniciatyvos – pats (-i) pastebi tobulinimo galimybes ir sieki nuolatinės pažangos.
