We are looking for a dynamic  Group Sales Manager - Telematics  to lead and further strengthen our South African office. The primary purpose of the Sales Group Manager is to lead and grow the company’s B2B sales efforts within the Telematics product portfolio. PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS Market Development Conduct market research to identify opportunities, growth sectors, and competitive positioning. Drive expansion of B2B opportunities by targeting new verticals and regions. Client Management Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, presentations, and visits Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Sales Strategy & Execution Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets Lead product launch efforts and promote innovative Teltonika solutions. Event Participation Represent Teltonika at exhibitions, conferences, and meetings locally and internationally. Collaboration & Support Work closely with technical support and product specialists to meet customer-specific needs Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and track performance. TECHNICAL SKILLS Proficiency in sales pipeline management and B2B customer acquisition Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and forecast performance Understanding of the Telematics product landscape (GPS and Tracking devices, etc.) Ability to develop tailored commercial offers and conduct product presentations Familiarity with market research techniques and competitor analysis QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or telecommunications Minimum 1 year of experience in selling Telematics-related products (tracking devices, etc.) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Experience working with CRM systems and launching new products to market Exposure or interest in the IoT industry is advantageous
