Currently, we are inviting an ambitious  Product Manager to join our growing R&D team in Vilnius, Lithuania to drive the introduction of innovative, high-demand smart solutions to our sales portfolio. Teltonika’s  EV charging business unit  develops smart and customisable electric vehicle charging solutions, enabling more efficient and sustainable driving. As charging needs evolve, Teltonika will continue providing the infrastructure and expertise needed for successful electric mobility adoption.   In this role you will: Analyse customer needs and explore opportunities to create value in the market Build business cases, develop product vision and lead direction of the product development Build a product roadmap in Big Picture along with other stakeholders Work with a cross-functional team of marketing/ firmware/ hardware/ software developers Collaborate with other POs planning and ensuring the effective delivery of the development team   Office address:  Saltoniškių st. 14, Vilnius, Lithuania   Salary:  We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges  from 18 Eur/h up to 22 Eur/h (~2950 Eur – 3650 Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise. *In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes. if you have questions, do not hesitate to contact our recruitment colleague Karolina Ignatavičiūtė, tel. +370 62 1565 28 email  karolina.ignataviciute@teltonika.lt What we expect from you: 3+ years of Product Ownership  experience with a proven track record of building successful products using data-driven insights and customer feedback 3+ years of experience  in the  energy sector  or with IoT-related products Ability to conduct  global market research for new product development Experience in launching products in international markets, including product localization Proficiency in  Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of  Agile Release Train (ART)  and product version planning Hands-on experience  in creating  Epics, User Stories , and Acceptance Criteria   Ideally, you’ll also have: Engineering degree Project and product management experience in a start-up company Experience with Electronics Inhouse/Outside Consumer equipment development Understanding of Renewable energy / Smart home installation process
