Job Opening: QA Specialist Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST) Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure product quality. Identify, document, and track defects through the lifecycle of the software development process. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios. Conduct automated and manual testing to ensure compliance with project specifications. Analyze test results and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and performance. Participate in regular sprint meetings to report on progress, issues, and QA metrics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain knowledge of best practices in QA testing. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance. Proficiency in test case management and defect tracking tools. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Familiarity with programming languages and test automation is a plus.
