Position: Draughtsman Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Key Responsibilities Create detailed drawings and blueprints for architectural and engineering projects using CAD software. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design specifications and requirements. Review and modify existing drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards. Prepare layout drawings and prepare presentations for client review. Conduct site visits to gather necessary data and measurements for project development. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations. Maintain organized records of work and revisions for future reference. Proven experience as a Draughtsman or similar role in architectural or engineering design. Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and Revit Essential). Solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles and practices. Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and drawings. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A relevant degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
