Position: Customer Service / Data Entry Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Full-Time, Remote Work. Key Responsibilities Accurately capture and update data in internal systems Review information for completeness and accuracy Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner Manage and organize emails using Microsoft Outlook Maintain spreadsheets and track information using Excel Perform general administrative and customer support tasks Identify discrepancies and resolve basic issues independently Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good problem-solving skills and practical/common-sense navigation of systems Fluent in English (spoken and written) with clear communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
