Job Title: Catalog Manager Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage product catalog data across internal systems and platforms Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, attributes, categories) is accurate and properly aligned Verify and update pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency Perform data cleanup, bulk updates, and structured imports/exports using Excel Ensure product listings follow established formatting and data standards Conduct quality checks to maintain catalog accuracy and completeness Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information Support optimization efforts with basic SEO best practices (where applicable) Utilize AI tools where appropriate to streamline data organization and validation processes Core Requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Experience managing product catalogs or large datasets Ability to verify pricing and identify discrepancies Highly organized with strong quality control skills Comfortable working with structured data and repetitive tasks
