We’re looking for a hands-on AI/ML engineer to build production systems across search, recommendations, personalization, LLMs, agentic automation, and chatbots in high-scale e-commerce. If you enjoy LLM internals, GenAI, ranking, embeddings, distributed ML, reinforcement learning, and MLOps—you’ll love this role. Key Responsibilities Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (PEFT, IA3, LoRA, QLoRA) Build chatbots, RAG systems, and agentic workflows (web/video trend extraction) Implement ranking, search relevance, collaborative filtering, personalization Apply XGBoost, LightGBM, CNNs, clustering, embeddings Hands-on LLM internals: KV-cache, attention, scaling, prefill optimization Reinforcement learning (DPO/PPO/RLHF) MLOps: SageMaker / Ray / MLFlow / Vertex AI, CI/CD for ML Data pipelines, SQL, feature engineering 8+ years or experience Strong Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX) Transformers, embeddings, traditional ML Strong system design & production ML experience Experience with search/reco/LLMs is a big plus
