About the Role The Thailand SEO Specialist will be fully responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies for the Thailand market. This role requires strong hands-on execution ability across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as strategic thinking to independently drive organic growth. Key responsibilities Take full ownership of Thailand market SEO performance, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Conduct in-depth competitor research and develop an independent Thailand SEO strategy based on market insights. Execute and continuously optimise the local SEO strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions. Perform comprehensive keyword research and build structured content pillars aligned with search intent. Create detailed content briefs and collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure SEO-aligned content production. Work closely with the Global SEO team to align with overall SEO direction, standards, and best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Content, Dev, Design, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution. Monitor SEO performance through GA4, GSC, and other SEO tools, and provide regular reporting and optimisation recommendations. Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the Dev team to resolve them. Use AI-powered tools to improve research efficiency, content structuring, and workflow productivity. Support authority building initiatives, including backlink strategy planning and execution. Minimum 3+ years of experienceas an SEO Specialist. Native-level proficiency in both Thai and English, with excellent reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Proven experience managing SEO projects independently. Prior experience in the financial services industry (CFD industry experience is highly preferred). Experience conducting competitor analysis and building market-specific SEO strategies. Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar. Experience creating content briefs and working closely with copywriters. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiar with AI tools and able to leverage them to improve work efficiency.
