At our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, research facilities in Heidelberg, Germany, and additional offices across Europe and the United States, we are advancing programs in our Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology portfolios.  We are seeking a passionate Release & Test Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma IT organization, you will serve as the operational anchor ensuring continued compliant releases to the Ascendis ERP (D365). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team in transition as we are updating ways of working and increasing operational excellence. Ascendis is a fast‑paced environment with wide collaboration with cross‑functional global teams.  You will be joining the D365+ Platform team and, and report directly to People Leader, Lene Rhein Larsen who is based in Hellerup. On the functional side you will collaborate closely with Philippe Holt, who is also based in Hellerup.  Your key responsibilities will be:  Act as the operational anchor for compliant releases to the Ascendis ERP (D365).  Establish and maintain the release plan, ensuring timely preparation of all release deliverables.  Coordinate code deployments across development, QA, and production environments.  Develop and maintain relevant test documentation in Veeva and Azure DevOps (ADO). Support Line of Business teams in preparing test cases according to best practices.  Oversee test strategy and execution including unit, system, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.  Define and track test criteria, quality metrics, and quality gates.  Support the D365 team in developing ways of working and ensuring operational excellence.  Qualifications and Skills:  You hold a relevant academic degree and approximately 5 years of professional experience within IT release management, testing, and operations in a regulated (GxP) environment.  If you hold an ISTQB test certificate, it is a plus.  Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)  Experience deploying releases in a GxP‑regulated setting  Strong background in validation and testing under GxP   Familiarity with Veeva  Ability to work independently and collaboratively  Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)  Key Competencies:  You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can‑do attitude.
