Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing communications effectively, greeting visitors with a warm welcome! Handling data entry and ensuring meticulous organization of records. Supporting our exciting projects by coordinating schedules and logistics. Assisting with invoicing and financial administration, helping keep our finances in check! THIS IS INITIALLY A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT, WITH A POTENTIAL TO EXTEND. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM We are looking for someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also has a genuine passion for helping others! Here are a few things we hope to find in our new Administration Officer: Experience in administration or a similar role. A friendly personality with exceptional communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
