SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit an HR Administrator for Porto Carras Your main responsibilities Manage the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth integration. Handle employee records, including updates and maintenance, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Provide support for recruitment processes including job postings, resume collection, and scheduling interviews. Manage the employee onboarding & offboarding process . Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
