Responsibilities Assist in reviewing purchase requests to ensure completeness and correct categorization. Follow up with internal departments to gather missing information and support the procurement process. Support the conversion of purchase requests into purchase orders using our procurement system. Help maintain accurate procurement records and documents. Communicate with suppliers regarding basic order details or issues. Assist the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective procurement support. Escalate issues to senior team members when needed. University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or in progress). Experience in procurement is a plus. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Strong willingness to learn and grow in a procurement role. Good organizational and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
