Η SWOT Hospitality Management Company αναζητά να προσλάβει για το ξενοδοχείο Samos Verde M Gallery by Accor , για τη σεζόν 2026: Cook A / Μάγειρας Α' Καθήκοντα: Διαχείριση της κουζίνας και επίβλεψη της ομάδας μαγειρικής. Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων υψηλής ποιότητας σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου. Διασφάλιση ότι τα πιάτα πληρούν τις προδιαγραφές παρουσίασης και γεύσης. Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση των νεότερων μελών της ομάδας κουζίνας. Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την ομαλή λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας. Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (Cook A ή Chef de Partie). Πτυχίο μαγειρικής ή αντίστοιχη εκπαιδευτική πιστοποίηση. Ικανότητες στη διοίκηση και στο συντονισμό ομάδας. Γνώσεις διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Πάθος για τη μαγειρική και τη δημιουργικότητα στη γαστρονομία.
