SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit Front Office Agent for the Serenity Panorama Patmos As a Front Office Agent your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing consistent excellent service to guests upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to checkout. Welcoming and registering guests expeditiously, providing information to them as needed, obtaining identification and credit/check approval as directed by hotel policy. Verifying rate and departure date. Confirmation and modification of information required to complete the registration process as per hotel procedures. Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. Understanding of hotel history, services, facility information, and rates and packages Qualifications Degree in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism is highly desirable. Prior solid work experience as a Front Office Agent or similar roles. Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry. Customer-oriented and friendly personality. Sound communication and administrative skills. Excellent command of English language Attention to detail and a structured way of working
