SWOT Hospitality Management Company is looking for a dynamic Recruiter Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent to support our operations across various hotels and properties. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to management. Enhance the employer branding through social media, job fairs, and outreach initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Passion for hospitality and connecting with people.
