SWOT Hospitality is proud to announce the search for a Food & Beverage Manager for our prestigious Vione Hotel. About the role: As the Food & Beverage Manager at Vione Hotel, you will lead the culinary team in delivering unique dining experiences that embody our commitment to excellence. Your leadership will set the standard for service and innovation within our food and beverage offerings, ensuring that every guest is delighted by their culinary journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background and a passion for hospitality, enabling them to create memorable experiences while driving performance and profitability within the F&B department. Key areas of responsibility: Direct all facets of F&B operations, including guest service, staff management, and inventory control. Develop and implement innovative concepts and menus that align with the hotel's vision and guest expectations. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets effectively, and optimize revenue streams. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure the highest standards of service and performance. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to source quality ingredients. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout the F&B outlets. Proven experience as an F&B Manager in upscale hotels or fine dining restaurants. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Passion for food, beverage, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
