SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit Guest Relations Manager on behalf of Omeon Mykonos About the role: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience while managing guest inquiries, compliments, and concerns with professionalism. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements to service delivery. Build strong relationships with guests, creating loyalty through exceptional service and attention to detail. Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest preferences and any special requests to exceed expectations. Oversee the guest arrival and departure processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at all touchpoints. Lead and train the guest relations team to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality. Address and resolve guest complaints and challenges promptly, demonstrating accountability and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to ensure their needs are met and to foster lasting relationships. Proven experience in guest relations or similar roles within high-end hospitality establishments. Strong knowledge of the luxury hotel market, particularly in the Mykonos area. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented personality. A deep passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry.
