SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce an opening for an HR Generalist at our exquisite property, Nirema Samos M Gallery by Accor . Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top talent. Oversee the onboarding and induction processes, providing new hires with all necessary tools and information. Maintain employee records with precision and adhere to legal compliance requirements. Assist in performance management processes, supporting employee development initiatives. Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing HR inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, ideally within the hospitality sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in HR management software and MS Office suite. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
