SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit HR Administration Officer Your main responsibilities Request Job Offer acceptance of candidate from HR Manager to create the future employee’s folder with all necessary hiring documents. Registration of new hires, Weekly Schedules & Work Accidents. Collect signed contracts, GDPR from seasonal employees & training attendance declarations from each student and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process. Manage termination/resignation paperwork and procedures (dismissal certificates, exit lists, etc.) and proceed with submissions of dismissals. Close cooperation with the payroll team regarding sickness leaves, annual leaves, and payroll issues. Organize exit procedure in terms of the unemployment benefit process and send to OAED so that every seasonal employee can receive unemployment allowance. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Tourism or Business Administration would be an advantage Fluency in English is essential Excellent knowledge of MS Office - especially MS Excel Knowledge of HRM system (Pylon, etc.) & Ergani would be an advantage Strong interpersonal and communicative skills Organizational and time management skills Capable of working productively under pressure and with strict deadlines Prioritization and multitasking performance skills Team working skills Reliable and capable of handling sensitive information Capable of maintaining confidentiality Previous experience in a similar position would be much appreciated
