SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce openings for Waiters at the chic KOA by Kyma New York in beautiful Paros. Join our team and play a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key responsibilities for the Waiter position include: Welcoming guests and guiding them through the menu, highlighting special items. Taking and fulfilling food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency. Ensuring a clean and organized dining area while adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of orders. Handling guest inquiries and feedback with tact and professionalism. Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy their experience. Prior experience in a waiter or similar role within a high-quality dining environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
