Η SWOT Hospitality Management Company αναζητά για το ξενοδοχείο Port Carras : Μάγειρας Γ΄ Περιγραφή Θέσης: Ο Μάγειρας Γ΄ θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την προετοιμασία γευμάτων, την τήρηση προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας και τη συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα κουζίνας για την εξασφάλιση της υψηλής ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών φαγητού. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες: Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τις οδηγίες. Διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας και της οργάνωσης της κουζίνας. Έλεγχος της ποιότητας των πρώτων υλών και των παρασκευασμένων πιάτων. Συνεργασία με τους άλλους μάγειρες και το προσωπικό της κουζίνας. Συμμετοχή σε διαδικασίες εκπαίδευσης νέων μελών της ομάδας. Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε εστιατόριο ή ξενοδοχείο. Γνώση προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Δεξιότητες στην προετοιμασία και το μαγείρεμα φαγητών. Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με άλλους. Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα.
