You will manage multiple roles simultaneously, making the role varied and fast paced. You will also act as a trusted advisor, guiding hiring managers on the most effective approaches to attraction, assessment, and selection. As the team grows, you may also take on line management responsibilities for junior Talent Acquisition colleagues. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where you will influence recruitment strategy, help embed best practice across the organisation, and meaningfully contribute to the evolution of our talent function.
