From the paving in our city centres to the roofs over our heads, Marshalls plc has been leading the way since the 1890s. We are a FTSE 250 Superbrand, but we do more than just manufacture; we create the foundations of the world around us. Our engineering experts are the powerhouses that keep our machines running smoothly, and we are now looking for our 2026 Engineering Apprentices to join our team and help shape the future of Marshalls. We don’t just recruit talent; we build it! We have spent the last three years building a proven, structured apprenticeship programme, welcoming 34 ambitious engineers into our team so far. This year, we are expanding even further, hiring 17 new apprentices across the UK. By the time you finish, you will have the skills to solve almost any engineering challenge we throw at you. This is a real career path with a clear and supported structure. You will follow a four-year programme delivered in partnership with Bath College , combined with hands-on mentoring from our site-based teams.
