Manufacturing Security Specialist Dept : IT & Security  Espoo Reports to  Head of Security Permanent Hybrid  Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO) The Mission of the Manufacturing Security Specialist The Manufacturing Security Specialist ensures ICEYE’s satellite manufacturing runs safely and without disruption. The role exists to protect people, facilities, production, and sensitive information from internal and external threats. This role builds and runs practical security measures across manufacturing sites, production lines, suppliers, and systems. It covers physical security, cyber risks, supply chain exposure, and protection of intellectual property. Expected Outcomes & Requirements Outcomes: Security pro-actively support Manufacturing operations scaling in a secure manner, security risks are identified early and actively mitigated. Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders trust Security as a business partner. Security advice is practical, timely, and enables decisions rather than slowing them down. Manufacturing sites meet security and regulatory expectations everywhere we operate. Compliance gaps, audit surprises, and regulatory escalations are avoided. Security incidents are contained, investigated, and learned from. When incidents occur, impact is limited and corrective actions prevent repeated events. The supply chain remains secure and resilient as volume and complexity grow. Risks from suppliers, logistics, counterfeiting, or diversion are understood and controlled. Role-specific Competences Manufacturing Security & Physical Protection Deep understanding of securing production facilities, access control, surveillance, guard operations, and incident response. Risk Assessment & Regulatory Compliance Ability to assess manufacturing-specific threats and translate regulatory requirements into workable security controls. Manufacturing Systems & Cyber-Physical Security Experience protecting manufacturing systems and industrial environments from cyber and operational threats. Supply Chain Security & Anti-Counterfeiting Capability to assess supplier risk, secure logistics, and prevent counterfeit or diverted components.
