Security intern Dept - Security Espoo Reporting to SOC Manager   Internship - Fixed-term contract (6 months)  Hybrid - Position: Full/part-time role (0-37 hours / week) Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO) The Mission of the Security Intern In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day running of security operations by handling triage and first-line support. You’ll help ensure incidents are identified, assessed, and routed quickly so the right teams can act without delay. Key Competences Expected Outcomes & Requirements Outcomes: Most end-user security queries are resolved quickly and independently. Routine coordination between IT Helpdesk and Security runs smoothly, with no dropped or unclear ownership of tasks. Security alerts are triaged consistently and on time, and operational workflows run efficiently, ensuring risks are surfaced and escalated appropriately  Role-specific Competences Has a basic understanding of Security Operations, enabling meaningful contribution with limited supervision. Communicates clearly and professionally with end users Brings prior end-user support experience (if applicable) to handle user interactions confidently and effectively.
