Are you a Senior AI/ML Lead role, looking for your next challenge? Then join our dynamic team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS for a challenging international career. What You'll Do: Lead the design and development of ML models; Drive feature engineering, model experimentation, and evaluation; Shape the technical vision and architecture of a brand-new AI initiative; Collaborate with data engineers and business domain experts to shape the PoC and final product; Build explainable AI outputs suitable for the business domain operations; Produce early prototypes and guide technical decision-making; Lay the foundations for scaling of an AI/ML team. Mandatory University degree in IT or equivalent; 5+ years in applied machine learning (anomaly detection, fraud, risk scoring, predictive analytics); Strong Python, ML frameworks, and hands-on data skills; Experience owning end-to-end ML lifecycle (data → model → prototype); Ability to work in a small, fast-moving, exploratory environment; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Fluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus).   Optional Experience in supply chain, customs, taxation, risk management, financial crime, or similar domains; Experience with simple UI prototyping.
